Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy
At Nishkaa Animal Care, we deeply appreciate your support and commitment to animal welfare. We are dedicated to conducting all transactions with honesty, compassion, and transparency. Please review our policies regarding donations, adoptions, event registrations, and merchandise purchases below.
Donations
1. Refund Policy for Donations
All donations made to Nishkaa Animal Care are final and non-refundable. As a non-profit organization, your contributions are utilized promptly to rescue, treat, and care for animals in need. If you believe there has been an error in your donation, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction date. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Recurring Donations
If you have signed up for a recurring donation and wish to cancel future payments, please notify us at least 10 days before the next scheduled charge. We will ensure your subscription is canceled without any further deductions.
Event Registrations & Ticket Purchases
1. Cancellation Policy
For events, adoption drives, or awareness campaigns hosted by Nishkaa Animal Care, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event to qualify for a refund. Refunds may not be issued for last-minute cancellations due to prior logistical arrangements.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us with your booking or registration reference. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Merchandise Purchases
1. Return & Exchange Policy
If you have purchased merchandise from Nishkaa Animal Care, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refund Process for Merchandise
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. For exchanges, replacement items will be shipped within 5 business days, subject to stock availability.
